Firefly stars Nathan Fillion and Alan Tudyk have so far raised a record-breaking $2.16 million via Indiegogo for their sci-fi convention circuit-set comedy web series Con Man. But are they happy? Actually, yes, they’re delighted. However, the pair are hoping to raise still more money for the show, about a pair of actors who once starred on a Firefly-esque science fiction TV series called Spectrum. To that end, they have revealed the artwork for the poster, which is one of the campaign’s perks and which you can exclusively see above. The poster was designed by artist Jason Palmer and depicts the Con Mancharacters Wray Nerely (Tudyk) and Jack Moore (Fillion) in full Spectrum mode. 

“This is a poster Wray has signed more times than he can remember and will be seen throughout Con Man,” explains Tudyk. “The poster was supposed to have been created in 2004. The look and style borrow from elements of the sci-fi shows of that time. Jason has been making art for Firefly fans since the earliest days after cancellation. I have defaced thousands of Jason Palmer’s depictions of me as Wash from Firefly with my signature. He is someone who understands the convention world and counts himself as a fan among fans. Is there a name for someone who is a fan of fans?”
