Nathan Fillion Online
Your first and ultimate online resource for talented actor, Nathan Fillion.

As a young boy growing up in Canada, Nathan Fillion spent many a day playing cops and robbers with his older brother. Actually, they played Highway Patrol officers. If we’re being super specific, they pretended to be the leads of TV’s late-’70s classic “CHiPs.”

Fillion, as the fairer-haired brother, took on the role of Jon Baker, opposite his brother’s turn as Frank “Ponch” Poncherello. “We’d be on our bikes with walkie-talkies that were terrible and never worked,” Fillion recalls with the smirk of a man with hindsight.

I’ve added HQ photos of Nathan Fillion attending the 2018 Paley Fest with the cast of The Rookie. I’ve also added photo shoot pics of Nathan for Emmy Magazine to the gallery. All will be replaced with UHQ (ultra high quality) when available. Head over to Nathan Fillion online’s photogallery to enjoy.

On the heels of eight seasons on Castle — and his too-short, but beloved, time on Firefly — Nathan Fillion arrives in another starring role. As a mid-life police recruit, he leads the new ABC drama The Rookie.

There’s a scene early on in The Rookie, Nathan Fillion’s new police procedural on ABC, in which he foils a hold-up in his local bank by oversharing with a masked, gun-wielding bandit. ordered to remain prone on the bank floor,

Fillion’s John Nolan — a newly divorced 40-year-old with a nothing-to-live-for scruff and a bad case of mid-life crisis — keeps rising to his feet, musing about his emotionally confused state as an unconventional tool of distraction.

Actor Nathan Fillion is returning to TV!

He recently sat down with emmy magazine and reminisced about his most memorable roles, ahead of his debut as John Nolan in “The Rookie.”

While Nathan is known for many of his projects, from “One Life to Live” to “Castle,” his role as “Firefly’s” Captain Malcolm Reynolds remains a fan favorite.

Nathan Fillion stars in ABC’s new drama “The Rookie,” playing John Nolan, who decides to become an LAPD officer at 40. And, the actor tells Access about filming his new series in the Southern California heat – in wool! Plus, he dishes on what really goes into running on camera. “The Rookie” premieres Tues. Though the other networks have already shared theirs, ABC has at last finalized its fall 2018 TV schedule, complete with premiere dates for the Roseanne Barr-less spinoff The Conners, as well as Nathan Fillion’s return to TV with The Rookie.

It’s probably no surprise that Nathan Fillion’s return to his old Castle stomping grounds will happen on the same night John Goodman, Sara Gilbert, Laurie Metcalf, and the rest of the Conners make their debut, as the lead-in audience will presumably be quite sizable, and will more than justify the relatively late start date for both shows.
